By accessing or using OwnStore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Use of Service

OwnStore provides business management tools including invoicing, inventory, and point-of-sale features. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@ownstore.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of a charge for unused service.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of OwnStore is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use OwnStore to: violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent transactions.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

OwnStore is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
